Our Process

What is the best time of year to schedule window cleaning?

We live in the beautiful Ozarks where there is lots of good months a year for window cleaning! If temperatures are below zero or heavy snow fall we don't clean windows but all other days we are ready to clean! It is recommended you clean your windows at least twice a year. Ask us about our frequent cleaning options that will save you money.

Does Squeegee Biz clean windows of homes with two stories or more?

Great question! Squeegee Biz specializes in window cleaning for one to two level homes — and we love it! By focusing solely on no more than two story properties, we keep costs low and service efficient. We don’t take on high-labor or high-insurance jobs like multi-story homes or power washing, which helps us deliver the best value and experience for one-level homeowners. For any properties higher than two stories, other specialized companies are a better fit.

Do I have to pay for my service in advance?

Yes, in order to book on line you must pay for your service at that time. If you wish to pay at a later date please call our office and make those arrangements in advance. We will be happy to help coordinate this for you. Call 417-413-3424.

I've decided I would like my bathroom mirrors cleaned while the technicians are here?

That's great! Bathroom mirrors are huge and difficult to clean. We love doing the mirrors for our customers. Tell you technician and they will be glad to do it for you while they are there. You can pay for the additional work on our website at the ADD ON SECTION of our website. We kindly ask that you move personal items on the bathroom counter, away from the mirror to prevent water run off getting on your items. If you have any questions you can reach us at 417-413-3424.

I have storm windows that need cleaning, what will it cost?

We charge $75.00 to clean all your storm windows. If you haven't paid for them when you ordered, you can pay on our website under the ADD ON SERVICE section. If you have any questions feel free to Call us at 417-413-3424.

How much does it cost to have hard water deposits removed from my windows?

If the technician determines you have hard water deposits they can't remove with regular cleaning they will let you know. You can choose if you wish to have the hard water deposits removed. The cost is very affordable to remove the deposits. The service requires a solution applied to the window glass and takes additional time. Our charge is $30.00 per home. The $30.00 charge covers the solution expense and the additional time needed. You can pay on our website at the ADD ON SERVICE section. If you have questions Call417-413-3424.

What do I need to do before you clean my windows inside my home?

Before your appointment we ask that you move away from your windows any furniture, decoration, plants, or personal items that would keep us from reaching your windows. Our prices reflect the time it takes to clean your windows, tracks and screens, not move your items. If you are unable to move some item due to health concerns please let us know and we will be glad to work around it as best we can. Please call our office if you have any questions. 417-413-3424.
